If the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Egotrips only accepts returns and exchanges on items that are in 100% original condition – in the condition you received your item(s). Meaning, new, unworn, unwashed, including tags and in resellable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Egotrips only accepts exchanges within 14 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges outside of this time will not be accepted.
Please note, all returned items will be inspected by our staff before being approved for refund or exchange. Any returned items received that are deemed unsatisfactory, meaning, not in 100% new / original / unworn / unwashed / undamaged condition will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at your own expense. So please take extra care with any items you wish to return.

For this, you may use the return form at the end of the policy. Only at this point may you return your items(s) to Egotrips. Any returns sent without prior contact with Egotrips will be returned to sender.
Should you cancel this contract, we are committed to refund all payments including shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred by selecting a different type of delivery than the most cost effective standard shipping method offered by us) within 14 days starting from the day we receive your notice stating your intention to cancel this contract. Unless something else was expressly arranged with you, we will use the same payment method for the refund as the one you chose for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees resulting from the refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refunds until we have received the merchandise.
All returns are at the expense of the customer. You will be required to cover both the postage cost to Egotrips, and back to your address. Egotrips is not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged whilst in transit, so we recommend you use registered post with a tracking number. If you are located in Münster, you can bring any return to our office, but you must follow the same steps above.
